Diwali Celebration

The Kindergarten wore a festive look with decorated diyas ( paper folding), Rangoli, and lighted Diyas as they celebrated The festival of lights- Diwali.

The spirit of Diwali was showcased through storytelling and dance performances by the children and teachers.

Diwali symbolizes the spiritual victory of light over darkness. It's a journey from darkness to the light that empowers us to commit ourselves to good deeds. 

The celebration of Diwali, 'The festival of lights' came alive at Saint Peter's when  the school  wore a festive look with children from grades 1-5 dressed in their traditional best. 

The students proved that creativity and talent do not have boundaries. The students of grades 4 and 5 continued the Diwali celebration with the making of lanterns and  diyas. Students were asked to share diwali sweets. They relished their favourite diwali sweets with classmates. 

The activities permeate the school premises with an atmosphere of togetherness and hope. The day filled the hearts of students with the spirit of Diwali and they enjoyed the celebration wholeheartedly.
