On October 30th, our school observed the ‘Run for Unity’ to commemorate Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the 'Iron Man of India' and a symbol of national unity. This event, organized for Class 8, saw enthusiastic participation from students and teachers alike.
The day began with a thought-provoking assembly, where a student delivered a tribute speech highlighting Sardar Patel’s role in unifying India. Following this, the Head Girl led an oath-taking, reaffirming our commitment to unity and patriotism.
In a motivating address, our Principal underscored Sardar Patel’s enduring legacy and his vital role in India’s post-independence integration, inspiring all present to embrace dedication and resilience.
The observance concluded with a spirited rally around the campus, with students proudly carrying banners celebrating unity. The ‘Run for Unity’ instilled a profound respect for Sardar Patel’s ideals, leaving a lasting impact on everyone involved.
