Kadayiruppu: Amidst the verdant backdrop of St. Peter's Senior Secondary School, a three-day book fest blossomed, in association with DC Books. Renowned children's writer Sri Sippy Pallipuram, a wordsmith of unparalleled charm, inaugurated the event. Principal P. S. Narayanan's inaugural address served as a gentle breeze, rustling the leaves of curiosity among the young minds. Head HR Maya Nair, Vice Principal Ranjana G Menon, Head of Pedagogy Dr. Maria Sophia, and Pre Kg & KG Head Mary Margaret graced the occasion.
The fair was a kaleidoscope of creativity, with Alphonsa Biju (Grade 7) regaling the audience with a soulful poem recitation, while Diya K Dipu (Grade 11) showcased her artistic flair with a captivating caricature of the guest. The young authors of St. Peter's were also felicitated, their beaming faces reflecting the joy of creative expression.
In an interactive session, Sri Sippy Pallipuram shared his writing experiences with students inspiring them to weave their own tales. The book fair was meticulously coordinated by Librarian Sreeja S, whose tireless efforts ensured a seamless celebration of literature.
