The Astronomy Club and Mind Master's Club celebrated Pi Approximation Day on 22 July with the aim of fostering mathematical curiosity, critical thinking and an appreciation for the significance of Pi in everyday life.
A special assembly was conducted for Classes VII, IX, and XI, featuring an informative speech on the history and applications of Pi, a news presentation, an engaging skit titled "22/7 vs Pi," a Pi quiz and a unique song showcasing the first 100 digits of Pi.
Students of Classes I to VIII participated in age-appropriate Pi-themed activities during their Mathematics periods. The celebration was further enriched by displaying the first 50 digits of Pi on the main block wall and decorating a display board with interesting facts about Pi.
The programme successfully made learning Mathematics engaging, interactive, and enjoyable, inspiring students to explore the fascinating world of numbers.
