The Astronomy and MindMasters Club of St. Peter’s Senior Secondary School, Kadayiruppu, began its activities for 2026–27 on an inspiring note with a special interaction with Mr. Don Thomas, former NASA astronaut, on 7 August 2026.
The school also had the privilege of welcoming Mr. Kayamboo Ramalingam, Founder of G4 Guru Educational Services. Mr. Thomas shared his remarkable journey from dreaming of space to becoming a NASA astronaut, inspiring students with powerful messages of dreams, perseverance and determination.
His fascinating stories from space and the lively interaction that followed sparked curiosity and wonder among the students. Their enthusiastic questions about space, NASA and life as an astronaut made the session truly engaging and memorable.
The visit marked a remarkable beginning for the Club, leaving students inspired to dream beyond boundaries, stay curious and reach for the stars.
