Sandwich Day at Kindergarten

What happens when tiny hands, big smiles, colourful veggies and little chef caps come together? You get a perfect recipe for joy! And that’s exactly what happened at Kindergarten.  Little Chefs Week from 12th to 16th October 2026  . The entire kindergarten block was transformed into a vibrant, buzzing little kitchen.

The highlight of the day was the little ones themselves! All the children arrived in cute aprons and chef caps, looking like professional chefs ready to take over the culinary world. Under the guidance of their teachers, the children explored the world of healthy eating. From identifying the bright red tomatoes , cool green cucumbers , crunchy carrots to leafy lettuce , the learning was colourful and sensory. Teachers demonstrated the art of sandwich making, and then it was the turn of our little chefs. Spreading, layering, decorating - every child made their own sandwich with immense love and concentration. The concept of "Healthy Food is Happy Food" was beautifully instilled.

Giggles echoed as the children relished the sandwiches they had made with their own hands.
