The school hardcourt bore witness to high-octane action and tactical brilliance as the Department of Physical Education successfully hosted the Inter-House Basketball Competition from October 6 to 9, 2026. Featuring fiercely contested matchups across the Under-11, Under-14 and Under-19 age groups for both boys and girls, the tournament saw spirited participation from Compassion, Integrity, Respect and Responsibility houses.
The championship commenced with an official inauguration by Principal Mr. R. K. Moses. While the preliminary rounds demanded sharp focus with entry restricted to active team members, the finals exploded into life with vibrant crowds. House members packed the sidelines, turning the venue into an arena of roaring cheers, camaraderie and healthy rivalry.
After days of relentless fast breaks, tight defenses and skillful shooting, Respect House emerged as the overall champion, seizing the trophy with a stellar 44 points. Responsibility House followed closely as the runner-up with 39 points, while Integrity House and Compassion House secured third and fourth places with 25 and 24 points, respectively.
The tournament drew to an inspiring close on October 9, 2026. The gleaming championship trophy was proudly presented to Respect House by Principal Mr. R. K. Moses, Academic Coordinator Ms. Jayamala T. R., Head of Middle School Ms. Femina Isaac and Head of Primary School Ms. Nivea Paulose, in the esteemed presence of Kindergarten Heads Ms. Zena Meyn and Ms. Deepa Vijay.
