St. Peter’s Senior Secondary School observed International Yoga Day on June 21, 2025, with vibrant participation from students across all grades. The celebration highlighted the significance of yoga in fostering physical health and mental well-being.
The day began with a special assembly featuring students of Classes 6 to 8, graced by Yogacharya Sri T. M. Varghese, whose inspiring presence uplifted the event. A yoga demonstration followed, showcasing key asanas and breathing techniques.
A school-wide yoga session emphasized collective wellness, while a graceful Yoga Dance and the symbolic “Rhythm of Movement” sequence celebrated the harmony of body and mind.
A division-wise Yoga Competition for Classes 1 to 12 added a spirit of challenge, with prizes and Individual Championship titles recognizing outstanding performers.
The event concluded with renewed enthusiasm for yoga, echoing the school’s commitment to holistic education and well-being.
