St. Peter’s Senior Secondary School, Kadayiruppu, came alive with hues of culture and creativity as it hosted its much-anticipated annual cultural extravaganza, Sylvan Symphony on Wednesday, 13th August 2025. The grand fest was inaugurated by the noted cine artist and distinguished alumna Ms. Madonna Sebastian, whose presence added a special warmth and pride to the occasion. The inaugural ceremony witnessed the esteemed presence of Secretary Mr. Aju Jacob, Joint Treasurer Mr. Jiby Thomas, Principal R. K. Moses, Head of Academics Mrs. Jayamala T. R., Co-Scholastic Head Mrs. Ranjana G. Menon, and Head HR Mr. Sreekanth S. A vibrant welcome dance held the audience spellbound, setting the tone for the festivities.
The performance reflected not only the immense potential of the young participants but also the school’s ethos of nurturing creativity, confidence, and collaboration. Energizing the festive spirit of the cultural gala, the Chief Guest rendered a soulful melody, leaving the audience spellbound. In his address, Principal R. K. Moses lauded the dedication of students and staff in making the event a resounding success, highlighting the vital role of cultural education in shaping well-rounded individuals
The festivities concluded on a note of joy and camaraderie, leaving behind cherished memories and reaffirming St. Peter’s as a beacon of cultural vibrancy and excellence. As the two day long cultural fest came to a grand conclusion the Responsibility House emerged as the champion with an unbeatable 609 points. The Respect House with 513 points and Integrity House with 486 points won the first and second runners up respectively. The meticulous preparation and the unflinching dedication earned students the much coveted titles of Kalaprathibha and Kalathilakam. The title holders from various categories are: Leon Anoop of 8A from Integrity House became the Kalaprathibha and Janvi Sreekanth of 8C from Compassion house became the Kalathilakam Leon Jibin of 9C from Responsibility House became the Kalaprathibha and Trisha M.S of 10A from Responsibility House became the Kalathilakam
