Honouring a Legacy of Dedication: Retirement Function Report
The school bid a heartfelt farewell to two esteemed members of the Peterian family — Mrs. Bindu K N (Faculty, Department of Malayalam) and Mr. P. Paulose (Non–teaching Staff) — on 25th June 2025. The solemn occasion, honouring their years of unwavering dedication and service, was graced by Principal Mr. R. K. Moses, Mrs. Renjana G. Menon (Head of Co-Scholastic), Mr. Srikanth Sreekumar (Head – HR), Mrs. P. M. Mary Margaret (Kindergarten & Preschool Head), and other staff members.
The function commenced at 2:45 p.m at the CVJ auditorium, with a soulful prayer by Mr. Jobin, followed by a warm welcome by Mr. Eldho Jacob (Staff Secretary). Touching tributes flowed as Mrs. Ranjana G. Menon, Mrs. Jibi Joseph (HoD, Malayalam), Mrs. Sujatha M. D. (Senior Faculty, Malayalam), and Mrs. Bindu Jose (Section Coordinator, Classes III–V), Mrs. Somole T Kuriakose (office staff) fondly recalled cherished memories with the retirees.
A poignant moment arrived when Mrs. Smitha T. M. (Faculty, Malayalam) rendered an emotional recitation of her own composition, leaving many moved. The retiring staff shared heartfelt reflections on their long association with the school, marked by gratitude and nostalgia.
As a token of appreciation, they were felicitated with bouquets, mementos, and gifts by the Principal. The ceremony concluded at 3:45 p.m. with a Vote of Thanks by Mrs. Sindhu Chandran (Staff Secretary). A high tea followed, celebrating the enduring bonds of the Peterian community.
The entire event, seamlessly coordinated by Principal Mr. R. K. Moses, Mr. Srikanth Sreekumar, and the staff secretaries was a befitting tribute to two stalwarts whose legacy will long be remembered.
